Refund policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
- Must be in original condition with all tags attached
- Must be returned in original packaging
- Items must be free from any stains, marks, alterations, or scents (including perfume, smoke, food, or pet hair)
Items that show signs of wear or do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and may be returned to the customer at their expense.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Accessories
- Swimwear
- Lingerie
- Personalised, bespoke, or altered items
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or discounted by over 15%
3. Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch
- A £3 cancellation fee applies to cover processing and packaging costs
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified
4. How to Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact:

- Your order number
- Reason for return or exchange
- Photos (if item is faulty or incorrect)
Our team will provide return instructions and authorisation if applicable.
5. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs (UK, EU & International)
- We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen return parcels
For international returns:
- Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and import fees
- Parcels must be clearly marked as “Returned Goods”
- If any customs fees are charged to us, the parcel will be refused and returned to sender
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will receive an email confirmation of approval or rejection
- If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10–14 business days
Please note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- If an order qualified for free or discounted shipping, the original shipping cost may be deducted from the refund
- If part of an order is returned and the remaining total no longer qualifies for free shipping, standard shipping costs will apply and may be deducted
7. Exchanges
- We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items only
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability
- Items cannot be exchanged more than once
8. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue
If approved:
- We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund
- Return shipping costs will be reimbursed if the fault is confirmed to be on our side
Please note:
- Damage caused by wear and tear, misuse, or incorrect sizing is not considered faulty
9. Late or Missing Refunds

- Check your bank account first
- Then contact your bank or card provider, as processing times may vary
